General
Roughly five times the service life, around 50% less weight, maintenance-free operation with no watering or equalisation charge, and a flat voltage curve that holds performance to the end of the shift. The upfront price is higher, but total cost of ownership is clearly lower.
We build packs to the case dimensions of their lead-acid counterparts, so most vehicles need no mechanical rework. Where a forklift needs counterweight, ballast is integrated into the pack.
Yes. Lead-acid chargers use voltage thresholds and an equalisation stage that are wrong for LiFePO₄. We recommend our chargers, which talk to the battery's BMS over CAN.
Two to four weeks for standard families depending on stock; six to eight weeks after design approval for application-specific packs.
Packs are produced at our own facility in Ankara, and the BMS hardware and firmware are ours as well.
For fleet conversions we run a pilot: start with a single vehicle, then plan the rest of the fleet on the field data.
Technical
No. LiFePO₄ has no memory effect and partial-state-of-charge operation does not shorten its life; our packs are sized for exactly that regime.
Discharge is fine down to -20 °C. Charging at low temperature damages cells, so the BMS cuts charge automatically; for permanently cold environments we offer models with cell heaters.
Every smart-BMS product produces cell voltage, temperature, SOC and SOH data. You reach it locally over Bluetooth, and remotely from the web panel and mobile app on models with a 4G module.
Yes — depending on the product, 4 to 16 modules can run in parallel. They recognise each other over a shared communication bus and balance the load between themselves.
LiFePO₄ is the most thermal-runaway-resistant of the lithium chemistries. On top of that, every pack has overcurrent, short-circuit, over/under-voltage and temperature protection in an IP-rated enclosure.
Warranty & Support
Ten years on battery packs and three years on chargers, defined by cycle count and a remaining-capacity threshold.
Remote monitoring data gives the first diagnosis. On modular packs the faulty module is replaced in the field — the whole battery does not have to be shipped back.
We take back packs that have completed their service life and route them to licensed recycling facilities. Modules with sufficient remaining capacity can serve in second-life storage applications.
