Overview
Lead-acid chargers do not charge LiFePO₄ correctly: the voltage thresholds and the balancing stage differ. The RP Charger 48-100 speaks to the battery's BMS over CAN and adapts current to cell temperature in real time. At the end of a session the charge record is written to the panel, so it is clear which battery received how much energy.
